Hughes County Supervision Roles

Keep the date of the directory check. Office assignments can change, and an Interstate Compact case may be supervised outside Oklahoma even though the original Hughes sentence remains in the record.
Hughes Community Sentencing Route
Hughes County has a second routing detail that should not be lost. ODOC’s directory lists Community Sentencing through a McAlester suboffice rather than the ordinary Holdenville probation and parole office. The listing gives 903 N. West Street and 580-251-1820. Community Sentencing is a court-linked program route, not a synonym for all probation or parole.
Read the judgment before choosing an office. If the case expressly uses Community Sentencing, call the McAlester listing and confirm that it still controls the file. If the ODOC record instead points to standard probation or parole, start with Holdenville. An office address outside Hughes County does not show discharge, transfer to a jail, or a new sentence. It identifies who may supervise the community term.

Hughes County Parole Records
A Parole Board docket is not a release record. The Board normally meets monthly, and its Dockets and Results archive separates scheduled review from the result issued after a meeting. Search by name and ODOC number, then compare the review type and date. A result may say recommended, granted, denied, passed, continued, deferred, rescinded, no action, or describe a revocation matter. Preserve the exact published term.
Even a favorable action does not give the door-exit time. Some violent-offense recommendations can require action by the governor. ODOC must also complete its own sentence and release work, and another hold may remain. Eligibility depends on the offense date, sentence, and offense category under Oklahoma law. Many cases do not share one fraction. Documents After Hughes County Release

The checklist includes valid photo identification, a Social Security card, a birth certificate, a state identification card or driver license, and a tribal card when relevant. It supports planning for an ODOC release, but it does not prove what a county contract jail will return at the door.
Ask the releasing ODOC facility or supervision officer what was prepared and what remains incomplete.
